Quality Assurance
We use only professionals who are registered with NRCPD* or an equivalent body, and who hold an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure, Professional Indemnity Insurance and appropriate qualifications.

*NRCPD (National Registers of Communication Professionals working with Deaf and Deafblind People) is a professional register and therefore its members adopt and adhere to their code of ethics and working practices.
