image001MRS FREDA ROSE BROADBENT passed away peacefully on Tuesday 9th December, aged 96

For many years Freda was an active member of the Hard of Hearing club – she had a lovely giggle and enjoyed whatever was planned

She will be sadly missed by all her friends at the DRC


Disabled Persons Railcard Applications

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Residents of St Helens can now bring their applications for a Disabled Persons Railcard  to the Deafness Resource Centre to be stamped.*

If you wear hearing aids, we will need to see the front page of your NHS battery book, or a copy of your dispensing prescription from a private hearing aid supplier.Disabled-Persons-Railcard

*Please make an appointment with our Advocate before you visit.

Support from Widnes Vikings Schoolboys!!

35 spare change boxes have gone to Widnes Vikings Schoolboys Project.  The lads will be undertaking a series of challenges and filling their boxes with donations from friends and family. Thanks for your support!
