Deaf Active is a youth club which is facilitated by the Deafness Resource Centre Ltd. It is run by a group of young D/deaf and hard of hearing and hearing young people with the support of a youth worker which has been funded through a joint lottery bid submitted in partnership with North West Deaf Charitable organisations.

The aim of this group is to provide an inclusive environment for D/deaf or hard of hearing young people to meet, learn and interact. We also encourage hearing young people to attend, meet new friends, learn new skills and develop their communication with others.
