Note to Service Providers Regarding The Disablility Discrimination Act (DDA)
If you offer services to the general public, you may already be aware of your obligations under the DDA, to take reasonable steps to ensure that everyone has access to your services.

D/deaf people have particular needs around effective two-way communication, and the Deafness Resource Centre is dedicated to ensuring that this is in place when accessing services.

If you would like to speak to us about making your service more accessible; or want some general information about our services, contact us now - we will be happy to help.
